Call ahead to your healthcare professional if you develop a fever and/or other symptoms of respiratory illness, such as cough or difficulty breathing, and have been in close contact with a person known to have Coronavirus (COVID-19) or if you live in or have recently traveled to an area with COVID-19. Your healthcare professional will work with your local public health department to determine your appropriate level of care.
As the situation with the response to COVID-19 evolves, additional measures will be taken that include individual clinical screening and visitors restrictions at all Vallage Mentors Healthcare facilities entrances to protect our patients, staff and community.
